Avocado Chocolate Pudding

It sounds crazy, but it tastes so good! I discovered this recipe on another blog and have adapted it slightly.

Makes 4 small cups

2 big and very ripe Avocados
4 tbsp Cocoa Powder
2 tbsp Icing Sugar
1 ripe Banana
40 ml of Coconut Milk/Cream



Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

Leave in fridge then serve in ramekins – a healthy treat!

Store in fridge for no more than a day or so.
