Overnight Oats

Overnight Oats – a yummy summer porridge breakfast.

4-6 servings

2 cups Rolled Oats
3 tbsp Seeds
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1-1.5 cups Blueberries / Raspberries
2 small Bananas (peeled & chopped)
Pinch of Salt
2 tbsp Syrup
2 cups Milk
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Mix dry ingredients and fruit together first. Slice banana and place in bottom of dish to stop it going brown.

Tip the dry ingredients into the dish and make sure it’s level. Pour syrup over the top, followed by vanilla and milk to cover ingredients.

Place in the fridge overnight. In the morning, give it a stir and enjoy! It keeps in the fridge for few days.

UPDATE: Also delicious warm – bake in the oven for 30mins.
