I have found a very quick and easy way to make banana ice cream – it’s delicious and a great way to use up overripe bananas!
Serves 2
2 Ripe Bananas (cut into slices)
2-3 tbsp Milk
Splash of Vanilla Essence
Splash of Lemon Juice
Pinch of Cinnamon
Cut the bananas into slices and put on a tray, then cover with foil. Put them in the freezer for at least 1 hr, preferably longer.
When frozen, put the banana into a food processor and whizz until smooth, add enough milk to get a creamy texture and all the other additions to help make it taste delicious.
Then eat! Yum!
