I LOVE beans and have come up with a lovely lunch to use these little fellas in!
Cherry Tomatoes (halved)
Cucumber (chopped chunky)
Sun-dried Tomatoes (chopped)
Tuna or chopped Chorizo
Cannellini Beans / Flageolet Beans / Adzuki Beans / or any beans you fancy!
Splash of Balsamic Vinegar
Salt & Pepper
Mix as much as you want of each together and consume hungrily!! A delicious and filling salad.
